Veronica P. Paris, 85, passed away peacefully in her home Saturday morning. The daughter of predeceased Jeremiah and Francis, the mother of Jeremiah Paris, and his daughter , Tara, and sister to recently deceased sisters, Anne and Joan. Veronica had a long loving marriage to her best friend and loving husband, Henry F. Paris. Veronica was one of seven brothers and sisters. Prevously mentioned her dear sisters Anne, Joan, also Rita, Francis, and two amazing brothers, Jack and Jerry. Veronica had five children, predeceased Jeremiah, survived by Robert, Jack, Veronica, and Mary. A loving mother, faithful kind wife leaves so many happy memories. Six grandchildren, a great grandchild, and a large family of nieces, nephews, and friends. Veronica worked as an engineering clerk at New York Tel in Manhattan, N Y before her long career as a mother and wife. Friends may call at the Delehanty Funeral Home 64 E. Main St., Wappingers Falls, Tuesday from 5 to 8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered Wednesday at 10:30 AM at St. Martin dePorres Church, Cedar Valley Road, Poughkeepsie.
