David H. Kozuch, 58, of the village of Wappingers Falls, passed away thursday,
May 31, 2012 at Vassar Bros. Medical Center.
He was born in Santa Monica, CA on September 9, 1953, the son of Henry Joseph Kozuch
and Maria Raletz.
Mr. Kozuch was employed as a technician at IBM in the E. Fishkill semiconductor
facility. He was a local resident 17 years and formerly lived in Newburgh.
Mr. Kozuch was an avid ham radio operator, was a veteran of the Marine Corps, and had
attended Dutchess Community College.
Survivors include his daughters, Dawn Kozuch of Newburgh, Erica Kozuch of Miami, Fla.,
a sister, Annmarie Kozuch of Fishkill, and a brother, Daniel Kozuch of Poughkeepsie.
There will be no calling hours.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family with burial at Gerald B.H. Solomon-
Saratoga National Cemetery, Schuylerville, N.Y.
